Business Insight
The networking emphasis and ability to speak to people at the desk rotations provided a much deeper insight into the potential roles and helped me to understand the key differences/clear misconceptions around sales, trading and structuring roles within global markets.
Culture
The culture was very prominent in terms of being friendly and people were always willing to help. The atmosphere clearly showed the high work ethic of individuals but this was accompanied by the helpful nature of everyone I spoke to.
