The Role
It was a great insight into the FSA and i gained further knowledge about the FSA and what it actually does.
The people on the FSA Insight Programme were really friendly and being put up in a hotel meant that we got lots of time to get to know each other.
We weren't given any positions of responsibility, we only did work shadowing.
We weren't very busy and there was always a break every 15/30 mins. It was a really laid back experience.
We weren't given any responsibility, one of my main criticisms.
The things i learnt will help me in further applications for internships but not really my degree.
The Company
In the room we were in it was quite small but when we did work shadowing we got to see the lively offices.
The event was really well organised and we got talks from really important people which was good.
They gave us the resources in the form of speeches which is invaluable as their experience is second to none.
Subsidised Canteen
Healthcare/Dental
Future prospects are really encouraging, we have been fast tracked in the internship route.
The Culture
There was a very good social scene because we all were in the same hotel.
It was London so it was expensive but they subsidised our travel and dinner.
The nightlife was good because it was London
In the evening we could go out and do whatever we wanted.
