Overview
We had several meetings with different employees and students that did the same program we were in at that moment so that they could talk about theirs experiences at JP Morgan. We also had a few tasks to complete in order to feel how it really was to work as a software engineer there. The online version of the program was, nevertheless, a bit awful.
Skills
I gained confidence to speak in zoom calls.
Business Insight
It was really interesting because it made me realize what I really want to do in the future. I had never had the opportunity to see how technology and business worlds work like so it kind of opened my mind.
Culture
They were all reall kind and willing to answer all of our questions. They really wanted us to be the next CEOs at JP Morgan!
Your Impressions
It was very interesting to live such an experience as a 1st year undergraduate. Could have been better without COVID.
