The Role
Good programme planned.
This was only an insight programme so we had no "colleagues" per se, but the graduates we talked to were very helpful and friendly.
Again staff very friendly.
Talks, networking sessions, shadowing and workshops perfectly scheduled; breaks and lunch time of good length. Also had the evenings free to get to know the other people on the programme / explore London.
Insight programme so no actual work.
Good introduction to regulation, and good employability tips.
The Company
The people we talked to all enjoyed their job.
Good overall, although shadowing was assigned -- we had no say over which division to see so no guarantee to be put into an area that we were particularly interested in.
Very good talks by some prominent speakers.
Company Parties/Events
Will probability apply.
The Culture
All got on very well with each other as we stayed at the same hotel and each had a room mate.
Not particularly cheap but meals were reimbursed.
Only 3 nights so we didn't go out.
Again 3 days so N/A, but company had a gym.
