Overview
The Explore Programme was a 4 day insight into the Nomura's 3 divisions. Due to Covid-19, the programme was all online and consisted of interactive sessions about what the different divisions consist of, carrying out presentations ourselves, networking sessions and also soft-skills training.
Skills
We had the opportunity to develop soft skills like public speaking and presenting but also developed some Excel skills.
Business Insight
It was very informative as I wasn't entirely sure what roles there were within the different divisions and also talking with analysts was beneficial to gain more understanding on this too.
Culture
Everyone I had the opportunity to interact with were very friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had.

I thoroughly enjoyed the insight, mostly because of how interactive all the sessions were and how friendly everyone was.
