Overview
I manage different commercial opportunities in the business to business sector of the organisation. This role requires me to have a high level of Commercial Acumen and financial appraisal to take into account all of the different factors when working on a deal.
Skills
Commercial Acumen- massively. Financial Appraisal. Stakeholder Management skills. Presentation/Communication. All the above have been significantly developed over the course of my internship.
Responsibilities
Significantly more than I had anticipated. I'm never treated like an intern within the organisation and I really appreciate this.
Support & Guidance
However much I really wanted. The support is always there and available it's just up to me (the individual) to go and access this support.
Culture
Difficult to say as my internship was primarily online but everyone was super friendly and progressive.
Your Impressions
10/10- couldn't recommend the experience highly enough. I have learnt so much in the space of a year and I believe my 'soft skills' have improved ten fold!

Be yourself. Don't be afraid to put your own ideas forward as they always welcome new ways of thinking and encourage this within the business.
