Overview
The programme was a beneficial holistic insight of equity research, multi-asset and fixed income investing with interactive exercises on each day to apply the knowledge we acquired rather than making us sit through presentations all day.
Skills
Learnt a lot more about how to show yourself off in a strength-based application. Been able to utilise and enhance my teamwork skills.
Business Insight
Informative. Probably the best insight we could've been given as Fidelity's business organisation is very complex with a plethora of different roles.
Culture
Everyone made it clear that Fidelity ha recently undergone a period of change. The firm now values D&I, CSR and gives juniors greater responsibility than perhaps 5 years ago.

Maintain a strong interest in Finance. Know your strengths and weaknesses. Don't need an in-depth technical knowledge.
