I have improved at analysing companies, especially when thinking about their position within a sector and looking at barriers to entry for potential competitors

Everyone was extremely welcoming: there were interactive Q&As and the networking sessions were also very smooth.

I enjoyed the spring week more than I believed I would before joining, knowing that it was virtual. There was far more interaction than I expected and this really added to the experience.

I would tell others applying to Fidelity International to really work out what their strengths and weaknesses are and leverage these strengths to their benefit and keep a growth mindset when working on their weaknesses.
