The Role
Long periods of little work to do on both projects
People on projects are generally lovely
HR had no idea what was going on, constantly losing emails, asking the same questions multiple times etc
Either expected to work 12+ hours a day, or completely bored with nothing to do
important work to do, when I had work to do
Not going to University, so not really applicable
The Company
Busy and stressed in both places I worked, but still a good sense of community
HR side very badly managed with communication levels appalling. Does not feel like being on an internship, feels like a normal job - i see that as a plus
Opportunities were presented, but I did not take them as busy with other commitments so hard to comment
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
The company is a good place to work if you know or think you would enjoy consultancy, the internship scheme has been disappointing and not a good representation of the rest of the company
The Culture
People on projects in London see more of each other, but very little for those of use based out of London
Always out of town so on expenses, zero cost of living
Don't know
Very little, especially when based out of London
