Overview
Researching to inform new Equality and Diversity strategy. Promoting EDI internally and externally. Consulting with tenants. Dealing with discrimination complaints. Processing translation service requests.
Skills
Developed my researching skills and translated them into a business setting. Learnt about the public sector. Developed my communication skills and talking with a range of individuals.
Responsibilities
Yes my manager delegates tasks to me and trusts me to complete tasks. Particularly in processing translation services, this is now my job. I have freedom to work in a way that works for me whilst also delivering things to a high standard and to my managers wants
Support & Guidance
There is only my manager and I within my team so we work very closely together and I am not afraid to ask him any questions or raise any queries with him.
Culture
I really enjoy working at St Leger. Everyone I have talked to or worked with has been very welcoming and happy to help. It is a very family feel.
