Overview
First week consisted of trainings were we developed communication skills, learnt about Excel and Trading. Second week we were assigned a desk and were also given a project we had to present by the end of the programme

Communication Learnt quite a lot about finance
Business Insight
My buddy was very helpful, she talked me through Global Markets, what they did in their desk and gave me several thorough explanations on what they did and the different products they had. Was also able to speak with a lot of people, all very friendly such as Trades, Sales, Quant, Strats and Structuring broadly
Culture
People were very friendly and always keen to help you and answer your questions. Ambiance was healthy and the other interns on the programme were very nice and not competitive between each other, we helped each other a lot.
Your Impressions
Mostly enjoyed the second week, got to learn a lot about finance and the different roles which enabled me to have a better idea on what I liked. The team I was assigned to was great and learnt a lot with them
