Overview
The insight was fully virtual. The day would start at 9.30 with an insight into the division you chose. We were given the option of selecting a second division, which took place the following day. Each day also had interesting and very useful presentations on motivation, personal branding, networking, diversity & inclusion.... The day would end with a fun social activity. The last day was the assessment day to progress to a summer internship.
Skills
I learnt more about the industry, how Bank of America operates, what are the different divisions within the bank. I learnt a lot of insightful information about the two divisions of my preference, what are its daily tasks, what skills are required to succeed.

It was very interesting and useful. It helps give you a clearer idea of what you want to do in a future career.

Very engaging and relaxed. Open to any questions interns had.
Your Impressions
Very positive experience.
Yes
Very good for undergraduate students. The first step is application, followed by a recorded interview (usually around 5 questions). If successful, you get invited to a phone interview. Questions are mainly standard competency and behavioural questions.
