Responsibilities
Yes, although doing an internship during the pandemic the company provided us with good exposure to the business by hosting several virtual events. I was given org level admin responsibilities to a communication platform assisting with any problems users had on daily basis.

Alot, the internship provides you of all the following: -Line Manager, Team, Mentor, Buddy - Accessibility of support from careers -Guidance with problems

Your Impressions
I enjoyed a lot and would do it again I have definitely worked a lot on my personal development and the skills I have gained are transferable and was given the opportunity to network a lot.

Be yourself, do your research there a wide range of roles. If the role seems our of your comfort zone but some thing you are interested in apply as Virgin Media provides the training and support and a lot of the employees have been in the same position where are in roles completely different to their background.
