Skills
I have learned to develop my time management skills, further confidence in speaking to an audience and communication to gain connections.
Business Insight
It was amazing not to only understand the way the business is there to protect others and that there is a role regardless of your degree choice, but to also know that it is prominent in women and women of colour.
Culture
The company culture was diverse and inclusive as well as modern/relevant in order to connect with the somewhat younger students. They have a great sense of humour especially Mariam, Abigail and Baljeet but they do not let it cloud their professionalism.
Your Impressions
I really did enjoy it. It was different to me and extremely enjoyable. I had a few moments of feeling overwhelmed but they helped me build my confidence against this.
Yes
Be authentic. Work smarter. Better your time management and understand that there is a opportunity of a grad job.
