    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the virtual experience and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • Day 1: An introduction to the FCA and a chance to speak to other employees at the FCA. At the end of the day, we were given a breakdown of how the assessment centre will be done Day 2: Assessment centre - a written assignment, an interview and a brief Day 3: Assessment Centre reflections and personal development session

    • It really felt like a friendly atmosphere and especially with the panels it felt like some sort of sisterhood amongst the workers which was really nice to see.
