Overview
Day 1: An introduction to the FCA and a chance to speak to other employees at the FCA. At the end of the day, we were given a breakdown of how the assessment centre will be done Day 2: Assessment centre - a written assignment, an interview and a brief Day 3: Assessment Centre reflections and personal development session
Skills
I’ve learnt about the importance of feedback, I’ve also learnt about the process of an assessment centre.
Business Insight
It was really insightful because for someone who doesn’t know a specific job they would like to take on, it was reassuring to know that there would be a role for me due to the varied roles that are available
Culture
It really felt like a friendly atmosphere and especially with the panels it felt like some sort of sisterhood amongst the workers which was really nice to see.
