Skills
Yes, developed my presenting and interview skills from the workshops. Also developed my confidence and increased my motivation for the prospect of my career
Business Insight
There was not a thorough insight into the roles available at the FCA, employees usually touched on it during the Q&A. I understood the culture of the firm however from their workshops and employees
Culture
A culture of collaboration, with everyone willing to help you with anyone. The employees were very friendly not just to us but to each other, demonstrating the inclusive nature of the firm
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the insight because of the development opportunity it gave me. I left the insight with a better understanding of how to perform properly at an assessment centre and how to build an authentic personal brand. Everyone was loverly and nice which made me enjoy the insight even more.
