Overview
On a day to day basis, we would get some presentations (about the firm, its culture and the different divisions), then some networking with analyst for example and finally an activity with the other springers.
Skills
I have learned more about Bank of America and today's world (the different jobs, the culture, the mission, the deals, the clients...).
Business Insight
It was very insightful, the presentation gave us a lot of information, which were emphasized through the networking sessions.
Culture
It was very friendly, meaning that every employee talked about the support they had during their career at Bank of America.

I really enjoyed the insight, so much that I applied for the summer.
Yes
I would say to be yourself, the fit is really important during the interviews. Be genuine, smile and have a nice conversation with prepared examples and answers.
