Citi Spring Insight was awesome. Introduction to Citi, their businesses, and services. Real-life simulation of trade and software development. Citi community development.
Skills
Yes, during the Hackathon simulation, I was introduced to a development language Python. Also gave me exposure to trade and business.
Business Insight
It was amazing learning about other potential roles in Citi and how one can be encouraged to switch into a department of interest within Citi.
Culture
They were accommodating and resourceful.
