The Role
A very relaxed working environment- very "give and take"
Initially help came from the previous student. After this, help was available when it was needed but they were very keen to promote a self-motivated approach
Work level varied and there were a few late nights but overall was a good balance
Increased as the year went on- some very high level projects.
The Company
Good working atmosphere... people got the job done when it was needed.
Due to financial constraints 2nd level Lean six sigma training course was denied. But lots of free online courses were available and were taken during the year
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
The Culture
Over 50 students based on Uxbridge campus. Really good social... good introduction due to moving into campus style accomodation for first month with all the other students. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Not the cheapest as a lot of nights in London-- But well worth it and cheap nights can be found
Nightlife in uxbridge itself not great at all but surrounding areas i.e. Watford, london, Windsor etc all good!
Lots of footy related stuff, charity events, staff parties etc etc
