Overview
On a day to to basis I handle requests that come into the queue from other companies looking for Microsoft resources. I then look at who has the correct skills and is available. I then contact the resources.
Skills
I work closely with a team. Ive developed more professional writing techniques. I use office daily
Responsibilities
I was given alot of responsibility. Whenever my manager was on leave I was given sole responsibility of tasks.
Support & Guidance
I had a daily call with my manager to work through the tasks for the day which I found very useful
Culture
My experience was virtual but they still provided fun days to experience the company's culture.
Your Impressions
I have loved every second I do wish that I had been able to spend time in office.
