Overview
The spring insight involved 3 days which consisted of 1 day to learn more about the FCA , an assessment centre and some employability sessions at the end
Skills
I developed my existing skills needed for assessment centres such as analysing information, doing presentations and interviews
Responsibilities
None at all
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of help and guidance as the recruitment team was very hands on
Culture
The company culture seemed very open and promotes internal mobility
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed getting to meet people within the FCA however the program seemed disorganised as we didn't get insight into the various areas in the FCA and what they actually do
No
I would advice others to be authentic in their applications and prepare well for the interviews by getting acquainted with the FCA values (also have stories that illustrate these values)
