  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • My first 6 months on the role involved working within Customer Insight - which involved tracking NPS packs, ADPs and Win loss analysis. The current 6 months of my job involve working within Business Improvement - which involved project management and the opportunity to work with different parts of the business.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes definitely, I was always trusted with responsibilities and had many opportunities to interact with and share my ideas with the SLT. I never felt like an Intern who would leave in 12 months but more like part of a team.

  • I've absolutely enjoyed my internship - it's been a great experience and has taught me a lot. I'm much more confident in my skills and firmly believe that this year in industry would be extremely valuable for the last year of my university.
