Responsibilities
Yes definitely, I was always trusted with responsibilities and had many opportunities to interact with and share my ideas with the SLT. I never felt like an Intern who would leave in 12 months but more like part of a team.
Support & Guidance
A lot - my team members and manager were always on point to answer any questions I had.
Culture
The company culture is open and has a start-up vibe to it even though it's a large organization.
Your Impressions
I've absolutely enjoyed my internship - it's been a great experience and has taught me a lot. I'm much more confident in my skills and firmly believe that this year in industry would be extremely valuable for the last year of my university.
