Skills
I have learned many new skills, including how to use software I hadn't had experience with before, e.g Keynote and Disney systems. I have grown in confidence through being able to present to licensees and the wider company.
Responsibilities
I was given much more responsibility than I initially expected, and this has fuelled my confidence and self-belief throughout my placement and beyond. I was given frequent positive and constructive feedback on my work, that assured me I was able to fulfil such responsibility.
Support & Guidance
I was given a lot of support during my internship at Disney, and my manager seemed invested in my growth. We would have weekly catch-up meetings to check on my progress, and she was very supportive if I ever needed help.
Culture
The company culture seemed very relaxed and friendly, and the team were very welcoming when I started which helped to put me at ease.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my internship at Disney, despite the role being remote. I learned a lot and still had a positive experience regardless.
