Overview
Marketing approvals via system called OPA. Weekly research based tasks/retail analysis. Monthly financial performance recording/presenting.

Analytical skills developed, organisational skills, team working, independence
Responsibilities
Yes, certain teams gave me more responsibility than others but generally yes, especially when it comes to organising summit/large meetings.
Support & Guidance
Manager always able and willing to talk, always able to reach out to the higher ups if so needed. Good amount of support.
Culture
Home experience so never fully experienced, but over calls, relaxed and chilled

Gained a tonne of experience and connections within the toy industry. Enjoy my placement quite a lot.
