Responsibilities
You are given a lot of responsibility. You are responsible for making sure multiple territories meet each debut date. If you are late sending a trailer order, then this potentially has a domino effect on the whole operation, meaning territories can't make debut.
Support & Guidance
So much support. My supervisor was always at the end of the phone if I needed her. She always took the time to help me and was always contactable :)
Culture
Unfortunately due to the pandemic I worked from home for my whole placement. Despite this I still got a good feel for the team. Everyone is really friendly and makes the effort with you. There are lots of opportunities to get involved in the wider company. Eg, PRIDE and Women at Disney.
Your Impressions
Absolutely loved my placement :) I wish I got the opportunity to go into the office. But, even working from home I had so much fun and learnt a lot. Very thank full to have been given the opportunity. I have made lots of friends through placement and managed to get involved in lots of intern initiatives.
