The Role
The 3 days at the FSA were an amazing opportunity to discover a different side of the financial sector, learn a lot of new things, experience the actual work through partner shadowing and exploring further opportunities at the FSA.
All of the participants were highly intelligent, smart, fun and challenge to work with at the same time. I felt a slight separation of males and females during the 3 days.
All of my questions were fully and exhaustively answered, they motivated me well.
The working days were quite long and exhausting, but that is perfectly fine, especially in such competitive programmes, I really appreciated that!
There was no actual task with responsibilities, except the final presentation which had to be prepared in a very short time and no actual responsibility was undertaken
The experience was invaluable, I can't wait to see more of FSA in the near future!
The Company
We had a lot of fun, despite the large amounts of presentations and difficult tasks every day
It was well organised, balanced work and fun, included sufficient breaks, accomodation & food were excellent as well!
Organisers and presenters at the FSA did their best to show us the good (and bad) of the organisation, they showed us their daily work, activities
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
I would love to learn more about the FSA during the summer internship, possibly next year!
The Culture
The interactions were very good, we had a lot of fun but stayed professional at the same time
Well, it was London, so it can't get very cheap there...
The workload was quite large, though, so there wasn't much time and energy left for nightlife.
Every evening the group went out for a dinner and then socialised at the hotel
