Overview
Create and promote playlists from start to finish. Come up with various ideas for the marketing of the playlists and ensure all of the EMEA markets are happy with it. Then continue to work closely with our designer to ensure they are briefed properly on the creation of the assets required. once the assets are created, have them approved by all of the markets.
Skills
I have understood the importance of communicating clearly, especially when speaking to different markets, to ensure my point is coming across well and is being understood.
Responsibilities
As everything took place online, I did feel like I was limited to how much I could do within the team and felt maybe I was not given enough responsibilities. However, towards the end, my team did give me more responsibilities which I enjoyed very much!
Support & Guidance
A lot, my team and manager were always there to guide me and go through an area I did not understand of the business.
Culture
It was quite fun and very friendly and helpful.
