    • - Showing the team the metrics that you have generated which states team progress as well projection based on current progress. - Participate in daily meetings to show any inconsistencies with data - Maintaining software used to automate tasks for the team - Requirement management.

    • - Developing programs to help automate most of my tasks (i.e through Visual Basics, batch etc) - Learning quickly to understand team process and use that knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

    • During the first few months as I was easing in to the process, I was observing the team process as well as understanding the software the team were using. After a few months, I was becoming more independent and the tasks were increasing in complexity. I had tighter deadlines as well as more responsibility to get the work completed.

    • There was never a moment were I felt helpless because there was always someone I can ask and they will aid you in understanding the task at hand.

    • I have really enjoyed my year at Lockheed Martin. I have met some great characters and personalities during my internship. I am extremely thankful of the team for imparting some of their wisdom to help me in the future.

    • Interview process - Describe what you like about Lockheed Martin, and how you will be beneficial to the team. In your first day, ask as many questions as you like! (even if you think the questions are stupid - it will help you in the long run...)
