Overview
•Assisting the team with the raising of purchase orders and invoice coding •Working with third parties to maintain corporate websites and systems; overseeing the delivery. •Liaising with internal/external stakeholders at various levels on a regular basiivery of materials/assets as required •Overseeing archives, monitoring of costs and management of material movements/destruction •Providing admin support to the team and additional support to the necessary Directors/VPs as required
Skills
-Learning systems such as SAP, SNAP, PowerApps, SharePoint -Developed a basic understanding of technical terms and processes within the media entertainment industry -Learnt adaptability regarding communication, written and oral, by having a lot of contact with both external and internal users
Responsibilities
I was given more responsibility towards the end of my placement regarding deliveries and quality checks.
Support & Guidance
My manager and all other colleagues I met, were all very open to any questions I had and provided necessary trainings in certain systems and processes. Everyone in the company was very approachable.

Casual and friendly, but everyone gets their work done!
