    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes, from an early stage I was given both internal and external responsibility, and ended up managing all categories in a customer account. There has also been opportunities to take on extra responsibility, such as being a mentor in the Movement to Work Scheme.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • My whole placement has been virtual due to C19, however I have managed to feel a real part of the team despite this. There are opportunities to connect with colleagues through virtual coffee chats, radio shows, and team social events. The culture is really welcoming, friendly, and supportive

  • Be yourself, ensure the culture is aligned to you, and push yourself for any opportunity which interests you! Ask as many questions as you can and learn from others
