Overview
My job involves working with different customers, the on the sale of consumer goods. I have been given the responsibly to lead a number of tasks working with one of the major retailers.
Skills
Had the chance to develop a number of skills, communication, negations and team working.
Responsibilities
I was given a category which I managed, this responsibility really helped me developed skills and has given me the confidence take it in the future career
Support & Guidance
Very supported. My line manger was so helpful in the early stages of my placement and that has continued through right to the end. The whole team are happy to take time to explain things and go over things for me when needed
Culture
Although my placement was virtually I still got a great feel for the company culture. Purpose is at the centre of everything Unilever does and this is something which really resonates with me
