Responsibilities
Yes as we dealt with confidential information and we had the opportunity to lead some projects but sometimes during these projects we did not make the decisions.
Support & Guidance
Lots of excellent support from my line manager and other members of the HR Operations team and am really grateful for all of their help.
Culture
Did not really experience much of the Philosophy but the people are nice. Sometimes there is a difference between being an Undergraduate and full-time Associate. Due to COVID-19 we were not in the office much but did really appreciate the support from some members of the department.
