Overview
I was a Supply Chain Intern. - Coordinating with other departments to make sure that we have the required stock levels to meet the customer demand - Daily reporting for orders fulfilled during that day - Working on projects and helping other teams on their projects as well - Coming with ideas towards improving our operations efficiency - Building and developing relationships with our business customers (B2B) and resolving any operational issues that may occur

Yes, I am learning something new every single day!! on the job and from loreal's my learning platform. I absolutely love it and we also get opportunity to learn from industry leaders within loreal. Skill I have developed : - Time Management - Working under pressure - Excel skills - Presentation/ PowerPoint - Communication - Team working - Problem solving - Leadership - Analytical skills
Responsibilities
Yes major responsibility. At loreal you are not treated as just another intern. You are treated as a colleague and become an indispensable part of the team. Just within 2 months of my placement I was leading a very important project which involved a number of different stakeholders.
Support & Guidance
The support from my manager was really great! anything I would need help in he was there to help- and provide me with constructive feedback which drastically helped me to improve my performance. Also, there was always someone to help if I needed it
Culture
Overall super friendly atmosphere - Everyone is supportive and ready to go above and beyond to help someone. Here people are with positive attitude and eager to learn new skills and get better together.
