Overview
Property Management- Managing the day to day running of 3 sites, along with being in contact with residents. Valuation- Doing Due Diligence, writing reports, going on inspections.
Skills
I have learnt lots, time management, people management, managing work loads etc. I have also learnt a lot that is relevant to my university course.
Responsibilities
Property Management- I was given a lot of responsibility, my own blocks to manage along with setting up a tennis club booking system and ownership of my work. Valuation- I am in direct contact with clients, writing reports.
Support & Guidance
At the start it was very hard as I started working from home which makes it very hard to learn and run through things. Now I come into the office most days this dramatically improves my experience.
Culture
I like the company culture, everyone is very friendly.
Your Impressions
I have had a great time and feel it will have massively helped with future career prospects. The one negative is that Covid meant I could not fully experience the social side and it was hard to learn when working from home.
Yes
They are a people orientated business, so come in on your first day enthusiastic and ready to learn!
