Overview
I assist the property management team with the management of their properties/portfolios. I assist with arrears chasing, reporting to clients and creating reports.
Skills
I have developed my Time Management skills during my time at Savills as the work is more intense with closer deadlines than the university work that was used to. I have also developed my knowledge of property law as I am need to use it on a day-to-day basis , it is easier to learn.
Responsibilities
Yes - I am almost completely responsible for the management of multiple properties across different portfolios.
Support & Guidance
I have received a lot of support and guidance throughout my placement year. Especially in the 1st hand over week where the previous placement student introduced me to the team and the properties.
Culture
Savills has great company culture and general atmosphere.
