Overview
Gained exposure across the different sectors of UBS- global banking, global markets, compliance, asset management and wealth management. Real-life case studies were presented and speed networked with each other and UBS employees.
Skills
Yes, developed on communication, application and listening skills. Applying real-life case studies to scenarios, communicating questions and listening to different perspectives and speakers throughout.
Business Insight
It was very insightful and helped me understand which roles fit with my skill set but also the ones that interested me, the real-life case studies helped with this.
Culture
UBS had a very diverse and friendly company culture and strive for a positive impact worldwide, the ESG and philanthropy sessions provided a deeper insight on this.
