Overview
My day to day role involves: - Managing and updating central trackers on campaign progress - Working with external agencies to brief designs and campaign details - Coordinating with brand teams and external agencies on the development of campaigns - Tracking and reporting on campaign performance - Working with brand teams to plan CRM calendars and campaign details/logistics - Manage the development of long term projects

Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility during my year at L'Oreal. From the beginning, I was responsible for the end-to-end coordination for campaigns and I was the main point of contact for digital marketing inquiries. I was given the responsibility to carry out important long-term projects which had a direct impact on the business.
Support & Guidance
I have always been supported in my role. Managers and brand teams are always incredibly supportive and happy to help you if you have any questions regarding the role responsibilities or any projects you would like to do. If you need any guidance, there is no hesitance to reach out for help because everyone is always happy to help you.
Culture
The company is dedicated to making the work environment inclusive, supportive, and fun for its employees. The teams are friendly and approachable. The work is quite fast-paced, however, the company is committed to supporting and helping us.
Your Impressions
I loved my placement year at L'Oreal. During my year I learned so much about the industry I want to further pursue my career in. The work was engaging and challenging which allowed me to grow as an individual. The teams were always there to support us and offer us opportunities to show case our skills and help us to grow in our chosen careers.
