Overview
The main purpose of the Onboarding role is to support the Training Lead in improving the graduate onboarding experience through communication, engagement and supporting the agile process to deliver world class induction. I had to immerse myself in three inductions at a time which are each at the different stages of a running cycle. The role required me to switch focus very quickly between the tasks across different inductions throughout the year. A big part of working in my team was to make the role my own by bringing my own personal perspective and ability to communicate with graduates in an engaging way. The role itself is committed to the improvement of entire process from creating the content, planning the schedule and running the operations as well as presenting in agreed workshops at the onboarding day.
