    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • The most frequent task is Updating/Creating Customer Accounts in Cummins' Application. In addition, you are required to collaborate with different department. Another responsibility is to deal with reports such as Finished Goods Report and analyzing it on a weekly basis. Also, updating and sending Order Acknowledgments to customer is another important responsibility of this role. Moreover, you may be invited to work in a collaborative projects with other placement students/ employees across the company.

  • This position, in such a global enterprise, helped me become professional ready for starting career by considerably developing my time management skills, eye for details, great communication and interpersonal skills. Moreover, it made me more responsible and build my self-esteem by having the chance to work with managers within the company but from different parts of the world.

  • I believe that the responsibility were at a normal levels. Overall, I would say that it was really balanced throughout my placement year.
