Overview
The insight week involved actively learning about UBS and finance from sessions delivered by UBS employees at all levels.
Skills
I have developed my financial literacy and increased my knowledge of the technical skills required in finance. The Fitch Learning session was great for understanding the basics of finance
Business Insight
All employees were passionate about their role and there was a great amount of information given on the work culture. There was a lot of information shared about the roles and by being exposed to all aspects of the business I could understand how UBS operates
Culture
The company culture was really positive and there was a sense of support from all departments. All speakers gave the impression that UBS is a great place to work at and their passion for the bank truly showed this.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it, from the hosting to the technical sessions to the networking sessions. There was good specific information given and it felt as though the employees and all the teams really wanted to engage and cared about the program.

Make sure you take notes and use all the opportunities. Practice for video interviews and keep lists of answers prepared.
