The Role
was ok, not always involved or busy. An insight into working full time and communicating with managers etc
depends on certain colleagues; students are ok, mid level management are good, other management is hit and miss not always even recognised by some but that is not for want of trying...
often left on own to work. if i wasnt proactive then would be very boring
busy times infrequent, often could work on one task at a time
never really strayed from a safe zone
skills learnt are invaluable and i can say i have experienced some good aspects, socialising, communication, speaking to senior management in social situations etc
The Company
always good, light and airy
could have been better, more work, more involvement, more exposure, more communication would have been better
participated in some training, was active in asking for this
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
i would take any job within reason when i graduate, also a full time job would appeal as it would involve more responsibility and i have made friends outside of the student community
The Culture
started off well, tailed off towards the end...even money was a problem!!
rent was expensive, not good either and not too much support when you start either. Uxbridge is generally poor as well
uxbridge poor, london good!! Had to find a mix
played football for a 11 a side and we organised 5 a side often as well
