Overview
Everyday is different at L'Oreal. One day I could be working on a new innovation to promote a new product, the other I could be doing some market research on a key competitor. You get given a lot of responsibility as an intern at L'Oreal so it's a great opportunity to surprise yourself and the people around you.
Skills
From presentation skills to leadership skills, at L'Oreal you are exposed to lots of new experiences that will allow you develop new and existing skills. A key skill that I have developed is my public speaking and presentation skills. I have been allowed to present in three National Team Meetings and present my new product innovations to our management teams.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given much more experience than I ever thought! From leading my own projects to putting forward my own ideas to the management team, I have been supported and given much responsibility throughout this year.
Support & Guidance
You receive a lot of optional and compulsory training throughout your year in placement so you feel supported in the work you do.
Culture
There is a supportive and uplifting atmosphere at L'Oreal. There is always a social event to be talked about and a positive atmosphere to be involved in.
Your Impressions
I cannot believe how quickly the past 12 months have gone. I will thoroughly miss L'Oreal and would do it all again in a heartbeat.
