Overview
On a day to day, I process multiple orders from customers using the programme SAP, Excel and Winshuttle. I will also have customer calls were we discuss stock level, issues and efficiencies relating to stock. I will also work on projects to improve efficiencies within Supply Chain including Key Performance Indicators.

Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility which was amazing which really pushed me out of my comfort zone. I looked after many customers and in the 2nd half of internship I was given more customers to look after. You are able to communicate and start projects if you have a great idea which you can lead and this can be with senior management.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidance from my team and especially my managers who helped my develop my skills significantly.
Culture
The company culture is very sociable with a few online socials being really fun. People are very easy to talk to and I feel as though you can reach out to many people who would be happy to help.
