Overview
- Working with employees across the globe on projects - Software certification reviews - Troubleshooting general issues related to IT - Joining team meetings - Managing Sharepoint sites
Skills
Definitely. I had no clue about SharePoint sites and how they function before I started the placement and now I am the main POC for any SharePoint related queries. Same applies to SOX Audit reviews. Multi-tasking and time management are also areas I have improved on so much.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was. I was put on some projects alone so I could learn to manage them myself with the users.
Support & Guidance
I received support and guidance from my team on a daily basis. Had weekly catch-ups on what I had been working on with the Senior IT business analyst
Culture
Very warm and welcoming
