  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I manage the processing and delivery of customers orders. I manage both B2B customers and B2C customers. My day-to-day tasks include processing orders, stock checking and liaising with transport businesses to ensure the smooth delivery of products

  • I have learnt so much within my internship. The amount of responsibility that the company gives you means that you develop so much as a young professional. I have developed my IT skills, communication, management and interpersonal skills

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I was given a tremendous amount of responsibility within my internship. I was the point of contact for huge customers such as Superdrug and I was relied upon to ensure they were sent all the products they ordered on time and in full

  • I was given a huge amount of support throughout my placement. This was through both my line manager and the team dedicated to looking after the interns. I always felt like I was supported and that i could speak to anyone about any worries i may have had

  • It feels like your a part of a family that is working towards the same goal. Everyone you meet is so welcoming and will always help you. The culture is motivating and it pushes you to be your best
