The Role
Good fun, It actually felt like I was making a difference to the company
I felt very valued by my colleagues by the end of my placement they were relying heavily on me to complete tasks on time and to a high standard and would come to me with any questions they had
Most of the time I always had something to do, However there were occasions when I had no work to do for a day or so.
I was given the task of developing new test software, once I had developed this I was responsible for supporting it accross the buisness
The Company
Everyone was very supportive and helpful.
There were some things during the placement that could have been organised slightly better, for instance my first day
It gave me plenty of training and was always happy to try and fit me on to extra courses as well as encouraging me to do more courses
Subsidised/Company Gym
Healthcare from home
The Culture
Went out a couple of times after work, some organised go-karting and other activities
Near to London so prices are quite high.
Not really geared up for a big night out, but a couple of nice pubs to go and have a drink and a chat
