Overview
Working with members of my team & key stakeholders to maximise our CRM performance across all divisons/brands - predominantly direct to consumer brands.
Skills
I up-skilled digitally in many new ways throughout the year. My analytical skills improved majorly as a result of having to analyse & feed back on data. I learnt how to manage projects independently & maintain communication with people around the business.
Responsibilities
I was given lots of responsibility during the internship right from the beginning. Towards the end I have managed large key projects independently.
Support & Guidance
The help & support I received from all members of my team has been great. I had two different managers throughout the year and both not only supported me but tried to teach/up-skill me as much as possible to benefit me in my future career.
Culture
Very friendly - everyone is always super upbeat & happy to help. Do expect to be busy though. The workload is often high and people are always busy.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the placement - not only did I learn an incredible amount throughout the year to help me in my future career, but I made lots of friends during my time specifically other interns. Despite COVID there was still a great intern culture & network ongoing.
Yes
Prepare to be busy & head into a very full on atmosphere. There is a big teamwork culture throughout the organisation so expect to be working in groups with other members of your team & be ready to present your thoughts in meetings with wider groups!
