Overview
Work with Sales Management team to identify and assess market opportunities. Support the sales team in technical customer inquiries. Manage and control the flow of business information. Assist Sale Operations with sales analytics and reporting through utilization of Cummins tools and processes for the sales management and sales leadership. Assist in the pricing analysis and discount decisions. Supports the sales team in the entry and adoption of Salesforce.
Skills
Role specific skills: Excel, Sales force, PowerBI, IBM Lotus notes and Oracle for Margin analysis. Soft skills: Adaptability, Effective Communication and time management
Responsibilities
Yes, when I felt ready to progress in terms of the responsibility I have I was always able to approach my manager and we were able to add more elements to my role.
Support & Guidance
I had a 3 day on boarding in the beginning which helped us get to know the company better. After that I was receiving continuous support from my manager and the team at Manston throughout my placement.
Culture
It has been very friendly and welcoming. You are encouraged to ask questions and share what is on your mind.
