Overview
Currently operating within the control tower team, managing shipments in air/ocean/road and providing prices, tracking the shipments ensuring they are safely provided to the requestor.
Skills
Many skills have been developed, such as ability to work in a team as i have had to do it on a daily basis. New skill learnt was the knowledge of excel, and advancing my basic skills in it.
Responsibilities
Alot of responsibility given, leading meetings, creating packs etc. Always loved the responsibility given and trying to lead from the front
Support & Guidance
Alot of support, training packs and guidance whenever needed was available from the team
Culture
Always supportive and welcoming, daily morning meetings talking about daily life, weekends and social life

Very impressed and enjoyable. Chilled, not alot of stress, great working environment and very enjoyable
