Overview
Account management for 2 key retailers in the Lancôme portfolio. Data analysis and creation and presentation of said analyses Contract negotiations Sales forecasting Planning and execution of strategies

I’ve developed a range of skills, most notably my presentation skill set. I’ve been given the opportunity to do many presentations to senior stakeholders which has led to manier opportunities. Organisation and time management. Analytical abilities
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given tremendous levels of responsibility, far exceeding that of my expectations. I was regularly presenting to general managers and directors, whilst also having the opportunity to present to managing directors and the country CEO. Within the brand environment I was also given responsibility at the level of a national account manager, with the accountability for two retailers in the Lancôme portfolio.
Support & Guidance
Regular 1-1 with line manager (1 hour per week). If I asked for support it was given.

Your Impressions
To a significant extent. It was a fantastic experience and I learnt a lot. Nothing is going to be perfect but this was a lot better than I initially expected it to be.
